What does the homework look like?

It depends if you want certification or not and for what level of BMC certification you go for. For SME there’s 10 study sessions you offer, 10 SME classes you must teach, 5 guidance sessions with a BMC Teacher or Practitioner (aprox $40/e), and 3 personal sessions with a BMC Teacher or Practitioner (aprox $80/e).

Can I register for individual modules?

Yes.  You can do the whole program with us in NY, or drop into any course that interests you. You can start a program with us and finish with another SME program anywhere in the world, or vice versa. 

Are there payment plans available?

We also offer ‘early bird’ discounts course by course.  Payment plans can be set up as long as the course is paid if full by the start of the course.

What if I have to cancel?

If you must cancel your registration, if done 2 months before the course, you will receive a refund or credit towards another course, minus $50 processing fee.
If canceling less than 2 months before, there is no refund or credit, unless we can fill your spot.  If the spot gets filled, a refund or credit can be applied to another course less $50 processing fee.

Once all modules and homework assignments are complete you will be certified by the School for Body-Mind Centering(R) as a Somatic Movement Educator and/or an Infant Developmental Movement Educator and be eligible to be registered with ISMETA.
